Investor Information

As the President and Executive Manager of the new start-up company, Earthworm Tunneling, it is my responsibility to provide funds for its advances. We are currently developing a series of technological innovations that have vast economic potential. Our investors will reap the greatest reward, as they will become the primary beneficiaries of the new sources of income generated by this technology. The rest of the economy will also prosper as a secondary beneficiary.

Funds raised will be spent on a strategic priority basis. The goal is to build a track record of developing new products and making a profit doing it. There are four specific products, or innovations, that we would like to bring to the market. Each innovation is connected to the one before it as a result of the opportunities it presents. Our primary vision, built on the foundation of these four developments in underground construction, is to develop a large scale geothermal power plant.

Below are many reasons to invest in geothermal power and our company:

ECONOMICALLY SMART:

With the rising cost of a limited supply of fossil fuels ? a currently relevant one being oil ? alternative energy is becoming much draw on competitive. A short term investment now could have long term benefits in providing access to a future supply of energy. Innovations made in this field will potentially generate billions of dollars a year in new construction contracts. There are five
primary innovations on existing technology that are required for the development of new-age large-scale geothermal power plants.

Each one of these innovations, along with their new capabilities, will produce more revenue for the construction industry. More revenue means more jobs, which benefits everyone. Each of the five innovations is connected to the one before it; in short, we want to develop a large-scale geothermal power plant, but there are four innovations in underground construction must necessarily be made first.

The four underground construction innovations are: high-speed stone cutting; low-cost material transfer systems; automated tunnel construction; and temperature-controled deep mining capability.

Most people understand that our dependency on fossil fuels could have a dramatic effect on our economy if the supply were to be interrupted or run out. This effect can already be seen in the present day. The nation needs innovations like geothermal power as answers to our current as well as future energy demands.

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS:

Anything we can do to reduce the demand on fossil fuels will extend how long these resources will be available for future generations.

Geothermal power is a clean, renewable source, with little or no hydro-carbon emissions. It is an energy source that exists naturally in the environment, and is therefore not harmful to it. Because it can produce a potentially unlimited supply of energy with no radioactive byproducts, geothermal is a wise investment for the future of our planet.

SOCIALLY PROACTIVE:

Modern economies require a great deal of power. If that power is hard to come by, the living conditions of poor nations will be below the standards of those in countries that have good power supply. One can conclude that alternative geothermal energy can improve social conditions.

RELIABLE:

Geothermal energy is not dependant on sunshine, rainfall, or wind to generate power. Therefore, it is a safe, consistent source to utilize.
